End-User License Agreement

Before proceeding with the use of FIS Logistics, please take the time to carefully review this Agreement. By clicking the “I Agree” button, you are indicating your consent to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, kindly do not click the “I Agree” button and do not download or use the Application.

License

FIS Logistics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and utilize the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in strict compliance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from licensing, selling, renting, leasing, assigning, distributing, transmitting, hosting, outsourcing, disclosing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Application or making it accessible to any third party.

Modifications to Application

FIS Logistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service associated with it. Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice and without liability to you.

Terms and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either you or FIS Logistics. FIS Logistics, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.This Agreement is liable to termination without any prior notice if you fail to comply with any provisions of this Agreement.

You may also choose to terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Application and deleting all copies from your mobile device or desktop.

Upon termination, you are obligated to discontinue all usage of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or desktop.

Severability

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such a provision will be modified and interpreted to the fullest extent possible under applicable law to achieve the objectives of that provision. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments To This Agreement

FIS Logistics retains the exclusive right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. In cases of significant revisions, we will provide notice of at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.

As per our policy, digital products that are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis can’t be returned (monthly memberships or member gifts/discounts).

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase (ebook or other purchasable item). After the 14 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 14 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

To obtain a refund, the customer has to provide their order and online ticket information to Customer service.

In order to be eligible for a refund

  • you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase
  • the product must have the receipt or proof of purchase (on ticket info)

If you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Goods Refund Policy

We prioritize the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, given that our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we typically do not provide refunds.

Although, we are happy to honor your request for a refund under the following conditions:

Product Not Delivered: If you encounter a situation where you do not receive the delivery email from us due to mail issues, FIS Logisticsmay request proof of your report to the mail service regarding the missing item.

Issue With Product Download: If you encounter difficulties when downloading the product, FIS Logistics recommends contacting your browser provider’s support team. FIS Logistics ensures compatibility with all major browsers, and issues of this nature typically come from the browser, firewall, or network settings.

Product Not as Described: Refund requests based on this reason are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our approval. To avoid such claims, we encourage all customers to review our free samples, such as video overviews, demo links, product samples, and screenshots, for each product type before making a purchase.

Software Defects: Despite rigorous testing before release, unforeseen errors may occasionally occur. If you encounter an issue of this kind, please submit it to our Support Team for their assessment of your refund request.
